I have never had bad customer service at a Les Schwab in my life - until today at this store (06/13/26 at 11:45 am). Employee (woman at the counter) was immediately put-out that a customer walked in (me). I asked about a particular tire and she was again put out that they didn't have it, but that some other supplier might. I was CLEARLY wasting her precious time. Then, she just 100% ignores me, takes a ridiculously long phone call from someone - answered ALL his tire questions while I stood there. Another employee came to help, and she waived him off of from helping me just to continue on her endless call. Thanks a lot. I stand there forever and when she was finally done with the call, she came back to me like, "oh, oh yeah, let me check another supplier." I just walked away. What a crappy attitude. She just prevented me from ever doing business there on my 2 other vehicles. Really nice. Who is she? I don't know - the angry woman with an earring in her face who doesn't want to be at work and will take it out on you. THANKS.

These guys did me a solid on a time crunch. After another shop quoted me an insane price after they failed to align my truck.. I called these guys and they replaced the seized part and got my truck aligned in less than half an afternoon. All in the same day. Where as the other shop wanted me to reschedule after taking up half of my morning. The job was REASONABLY priced and on spec. Thank you 🙏

Went in for simple TPMS battery change on one tire. They indicated more work needed to be done and quoted $800 for rear brakes (with pads atr 4mm??) so really not due. Also quoted $1300 for front end work. I didn't have any work done. Later Ford dealership confirmed no issues found with any front end components. So not sure what that's all about but i put another 20k on the rear brakes and did $100 pad slap myself. Now 30,000mi later no issue without doing over $2000 worth of work. So I would say be really cautious with them quoting unnecessary work or being overly cautious on brake jobs.

David was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to help us with an inspection and recommend the best route forward. The facility itself is great and the rest of the staff were also kind and helpful. I’ve been to a handful of Les Schwabs and this one is definitely one of the best.

Great service from Jake! Driving cross country from Boston to Seattle, had an unforeseen emergency on the road; problem with previous install. Jake problem solved, coordinated a fix with my home location, and his awesome crew fixed me up and git on the road to make it back home. So glad to be back in the PNW Les Schwab territory!
